A large international plant and equipment rental company was looking for a way to secure their expensive rental assets by tracking them via GPS. System Requirements Because cranes, diggers and other construction vehicles operate in harsh outdoor environments, the GPS tracking solution must meet the needs for reliability, vibration resistance, and rugged and weather-proof construction. ARKNAV's R-35W Waterproof GPS Tracker was chosen because it fulfilled all the requirements and more. R-35W Waterproof GPS Tracker can be used when external power is not always available, or when long stand-by time is required. It is IP67 rated which means it is completely dust tight and rain proof.
