Privacy Policy applies to situations where we collect, process and use your personal information in association with any business you conduct with ARKNAV or any ARKNAV activity you participate in, including enrolling in seminars/courses, registering website membership, or subscribing to E-newsletters, etc., or submitting questions, suggestions and comments via telephone, fax or our websites (including ARKNAV official website and the websites of various ARKNAV departments).
2. ARKNAV will not be held jointly liable for any websites which are connected to ARKNAV website but are owned and maintained by third parties, and in such case their own Privacy Policy shall apply.

1. You will be required to provide your personal information as adequate and necessary when conducting business with ARKNAV or participating in activities held by ARKNAV. In addition, ARKNAV will process and use your personal information only within the scope of specific purpose as you agreed upon. 2. If you submit any inquiry to ARKNAV by telephone, fax or through websites, please provide your correct telephone, fax number or email address for reply purposes.
3. When processing your personal information, ARKNAV will comply with relevant internal procedures and information security requirements to adopt necessary staff control measures.
4. No identifiable personal information will be collected by ARKNAV for simply browsing or downloading files from ARKNAV websites.

III. ARKNAV. Sharing Personal Information with Third Party

IV. Use of Cookies
1. V. Server Records
